We offer a range of customization options including size, material, color, printing, packing and more. In short, everything can be customized.

What is the MOQ for custom bags?

The MOQ depending on the type of bag you are ordering. some types of bags MOQ is only a few dozen.

How long does it take to make my custom bags?

Production times vary depending on the specific order and customization requirements.

Typically, less than 200pcs orders are ready to ship 3-5 business day after final approval of the design and details. less than 1000pcs orders are ready to ship 7-10 business day after final approval of the design.

Shipping and delivery

Which kind of deliveries do you offer?

For small orders, we usually collaborate with express delivery companies that provide door-to-door delivery, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and others. For large orders, in addition to express delivery companies, we also offer air and sea freight services."

What is your return policy?

Because our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns unless there is a defect in the product, or an error was made on our end. Please contact us immediately if you receive a defective or incorrect product.

Artwork and Design Services 

What format do I need to provide my artwork in?

You can upload your artwork in the following formats:

Vector AI file (Adobe Illustrator)

Vector .EPS file

Vector PDF file

JPEG or PNG

We only work with vector files. A vector file is a graphic that consists of vectors that can be enlarged or reduced endlessly, without losing visual acuity. That is why these files are most suitable for editing artwork. Vector files are saved as .PDF, .EPS or .AI.

For images 300 DPI is required at final print size. To avoid unreadable text, 2-point linewidth is required.

What If I Do not Have Artwork, Or Cannot Provide It in The Right Format?

Not a design expert? Do not worry! We provide a full artwork service to help you get your printed products looking just right. Send us what you have, or what you want it to look like, and we can either start from nothing or get your artwork redrawn for you in the right format, for a small extra charge.

Do you provide Design Services?
